Privacy Policy — AdMax Revenue

1. Who we are

AdMax Revenue ("the App", "we", "us") is a personal reporting tool that lets an AppLovin MAX publisher view their own account's ad revenue data. The App is an independent, unofficial client and is not made, endorsed, or affiliated with AppLovin Corp. "AppLovin" and "MAX" are trademarks of AppLovin Corp, used here only to describe compatibility.

2. Information we access

You connect the App by pasting your own AppLovin Report Key (found in your AppLovin dashboard under Account → Keys, or MAX → Reports API). The App uses this key to request read-only report data on your behalf — apps, ad units, countries, and mediation network revenue breakdowns — from AppLovin's own MAX Revenue Reporting API.

We do not request, see, or store your AppLovin account password. Access is limited strictly to what the Report Key itself authorizes (read-only reporting data).

How the Report Key is handled

Your Report Key is stored locally on your device. To fetch live report data, the App sends the key to our backend server (a Cloudflare Worker acting as a secure proxy), which uses it to call AppLovin's Reporting API and returns the results to the App. The key is used transiently to service each request and is not permanently stored on our server.

You can remove your Report Key from your device at any time via Logout in the Account tab. You can also fully revoke it at the source by regenerating your Report Key from your AppLovin dashboard, which immediately invalidates the old one everywhere, including in our system.

3. How we use your information

• Report data is fetched solely to generate the dashboards, charts, and breakdowns shown inside the App.
• Data may be cached briefly on our server (typically under a minute) to keep the App responsive and to avoid exceeding AppLovin's API rate limits. This cache is not a permanent store of your data.
• We do not sell your revenue data and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Advertising data (AppLovin MAX / Google AdMob)

The App displays ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) served through AppLovin MAX mediation and/or Google AdMob, including an optional rewarded ad you can watch to unlock certain sections (e.g. detailed breakdowns, extended history, or a 2nd linked Report Key) for one hour at a time.

These ad networks may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID), IP address/approximate location, and ad interaction data, under their own privacy policies:

5. Data sharing

• AppLovin — the source of your revenue report data via its official MAX Reporting API.
• Our backend/proxy server — transiently processes your Report Key to call AppLovin's API on your behalf; does not permanently store it.
• Google AdMob / AppLovin MAX mediation — receives advertising-related device data to serve and measure ads.

We do not sell your personal or revenue data to any third party.

6. Data security

All communication between the App, our backend, and AppLovin's API is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

7. Data retention & deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

• Tap Logout in the Account tab to remove your Report Key from this device.
• Regenerate your Report Key in your AppLovin dashboard to invalidate the old key everywhere, including on our server.

8. Children's privacy

AdMax Revenue is intended for use by app developers and publishers managing an AppLovin MAX account, and is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
